1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing takes place Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • High volume seasons may cause slight delays—we’ll keep you informed via email.
  • Orders placed after business hours are processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (if applicable): 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 14–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

External factors like customs, weather, or carrier issues may delay delivery. Use tracking for real-time updates.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are based on weight, dimensions, and destination—calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions are available for select orders and locations.
  • Express options may be offered for an additional cost.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.

4. Order Tracking

After shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Monitor delivery progress anytime on our Track Your Order page.

5. Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are not included in your MegaMallo payment.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, VAT, or local charges.
  • Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs will be refunded minus shipping.
  • MegaMallo is not liable for customs delays.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages once in the carrier’s hands, but we will assist you in resolving any issue.

  • If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • File a claim with the carrier for lost or stolen items.
  • Keep packaging if your order arrives damaged and contact us immediately.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. MegaMallo is not responsible for delivery issues due to inaccurate addresses.

  • Contact us immediately to request address changes before your order is processed.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted.

8. Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to refusal, unclaimed delivery, or incorrect information are handled as follows:

  • Reship Option: We can resend the package with an added shipping fee.
  • Refund Option: A refund will be processed minus shipping charges.
